Why FusionCharge
The liquid-cooled, ultrafast charging platform behind Thailand's leading stations — built to charge faster, last longer, and earn more per parking bay.
Split-type architecture vs standalone chargers
FusionCharge split-type
- One central Power Unit converts AC to DC and feeds up to 12 charging guns through compact dispensers at each bay.
- Dynamic power sharing — capacity automatically flows to the cars actually charging, so no kilowatt sits idle.
- Start small, expand any time — add dispensers or power modules on site without replacing the station.
- Slim dispensers free up space at the bay; the power electronics live in one serviceable cabinet.
Typical standalone chargers
- Power and connector locked in one box — each cabinet's capacity is stranded at its own bay.
- No power sharing — a car at one gun cannot borrow unused capacity from the next.
- Scaling up means buying and wiring a whole new cabinet per pair of guns.
- More cabinets to maintain, more points of failure spread across the site.
Liquid cooling vs air cooling
FusionCharge liquid-cooled
- 10-year designed lifespan for the power modules.
- Under 0.5% annual failure rate.
- Fully sealed cabinet — no dust ingress, no filter cleaning, ready for Thai heat, dust and rain.
- Quiet: 61.6 dB(A) at 1 m at full 720 kW, 51.3 dB(A) in silent mode — comfortable next to a café or shopfront.
Typical air-cooled chargers
- 3–5 year typical lifespan.
- 3–8% annual failure rate.
- Fans pull in dust — manual cleaning about four times a year.
- Loud fan noise limits where you can install them.

What is actually rare: liquid cooling inside the Power Unit
Split-type architecture — a power cabinet feeding separate dispensers — is no longer unique in Thailand. Several brands now list split-type ultrafast equipment on PEA's public register, some of them with liquid-cooled cables. So the honest question is not who is split-type. It is where the coolant actually goes.
FusionCharge circulates coolant through the power modules inside the Power Unit — the electronics that actually age. That is what supports the 10-year design life, the under-0.5% annual failure rate, the sealed dust-proof cabinet and quiet operation (61.6 dB(A) at 1 m at full 720 kW, 51.3 dB(A) in silent mode). A liquid-cooled cable keeps a gun cool; liquid-cooled power electronics are what keep a station alive in year eight. We have not found another brand selling in Thailand that publishes liquid cooling of the power modules themselves. The one other liquid-cooled split-type network on Thai roads is Tesla's — and Tesla does not sell its charging equipment to anyone else.
The second difference is the power sharing. A FusionCharge Power Unit allocates capacity across the guns in use through a real internal wiring matrix — which is why the simulator on the home page can tell you what each individual gun gets, instead of quoting one headline number for the cabinet.
