What a station earns — honestly
Real Thai operating numbers: the EV Low-Priority tariff, system losses others don’t show, and utilization observed across the Thai fleet. Adjust anything — the maths is open.
Station
Civil works and roof/canopy — foundations, slab, bay marking, drainage and canopy. The preset assumes an already-paved, level site. A new slab with a full canopy typically runs ฿180,000–250,000 per bay, so set this to your own contractor’s figure before you rely on the result.
This configuration wires up to 12 connectors. A bigger station is a bigger preset.
The price you advertise to drivers. The model works ex-VAT below this — at 7% VAT that is ฿7.01 per kWh of revenue.

Utilization bands: Thailand fleet observation — multi-network, 200+ stations, 2026 · Next Ft revision ~Dec 2026 (for Jan–Apr 2027) · Selling price is entered incl. VAT, as advertised at the gun; the model then runs ex-VAT on both sides, because a VAT-registered operator remits output VAT and reclaims input VAT. Every result below the price is ex-VAT.
What this model leaves out. Corporate tax, insurance, downtime and warranty events, financing cost and interest, land purchase, and price escalation are not modelled, and cash flows are not discounted — the figure above is simple cash payback, not an NPV or IRR appraisal.
Total investment ≈ 2× equipment price (equipment + transformer, grid connection, installation), excluding civil works and roof/canopy — those are the separate "Other CAPEX" input. · Equipment price per the FusionCharge packages — see Configurations & price
